1. The service
DzBot provides a panel to create and manage Minecraft bots (Java and Bedrock), automations, integrations and community features such as chat and support. We may add, change or remove features to improve the platform.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the DzBot platform. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to all conditions below.

2. Account and access
To use the platform you must create an account with truthful data and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts used for fraud, abuse or attacks against third parties may be suspended without notice.
3. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed per period (e.g. 15 or 30 days) via Pix (Mercado Pago) or card/boleto (Stripe), at the prices shown at checkout. VIP access is granted after payment confirmation. Plan prices and features may change, always applying to new purchases.
4. Refunds: Refund policy
You have up to 3 days after payment approval to request a full refund. After this period, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
To request within the deadline, contact our support with the email used at purchase. The refund goes back to the same payment method and VIP access is revoked.
5. Acceptable use
Using the platform for spam, flooding, scams, malware distribution, system intrusion or any illegal activity is prohibited. Bots that break third-party server rules are entirely your responsibility, including punishments applied by those servers administrators.
6. Minecraft and Mojang
DzBot is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of its respective owners. To connect bots you need your own game accounts and must respect Mojang terms and each server rules.
7. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, third-party failures (providers, gateways, game authentication) and Minecraft updates may cause temporary downtime. Our liability is limited, at most, to the amount paid in the current period.
8. Cancellation and changes
You can cancel anytime: access continues until the end of the paid period, with no automatic renewal charged by us. We may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be on this page. Questions? Contact support on the site.
