Quick summary
We collect what is needed to operate accounts, bots, integrations, and payments.
We do not sell your data. Analytics and advertising are optional and depend on your choice.
You can request access, correction, portability, or deletion and change preferences at any time.
Controller and contact
The DzBot operation is responsible for this policy. To verify your identity, exercise your rights, or request the controller's legal identification, use the contact email shown on the contact page.
Account: name, email, profile picture, and login identifiers. Usage: bots created, settings, operation logs, panel messages, and usage statistics. Payments: transaction data through Mercado Pago, PIX, or Stripe (we never store card numbers). Support: messages and published reviews. Browsing: when optional measurement is enabled, we may record pages and events after consent; query strings are not sent to analytics.
2. How we use your data
We use data to create and maintain accounts, operate selected features, prevent fraud, send necessary notices, process payments, improve the product with aggregate metrics, and meet legal obligations. We do not use the panel for behavioral advertising without an applicable legal basis and choice.
3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies required for sign-in, language, theme, and security. Optional measurement through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Vercel Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. If AdSense is enabled and you allow advertising, Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to display and measure ads. When GTM and AdSense are both enabled, the GTM container also waits for advertising permission to prevent hidden tags. You can reject or change each option through 'Manage cookie preferences' in the footer.
4. Sharing
Data may be processed by authentication and database providers used by the platform, payment processors (Mercado Pago and Stripe), hosting infrastructure, and Google when an optional integration is enabled. We do not authorize use for incompatible purposes; legal or contractual requirements may require specific disclosures.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, consent withdrawal, and information about sharing. Contact us; we may request proportionate identity verification.
6. Security and retention
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. We keep account data while the account exists and operational or fiscal records for legally required periods. Backups may retain temporary copies for recovery and security needs.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13. Teen accounts should be supervised by a guardian and used only with applicable authorization.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes and will notify relevant updates. Questions and requests: use the contact page.
